The Benefits of Meditating Virtually

Even as life begins to open up, there are lessons and tools gained during the pandemic that we can continue to use to maintain our well-being. Some are even easier than before, like being able to take a meditation pause during the day virtually, while still having a sense of community.

I contributed to this article from Everyday Health, on virtual meditation options that you can try at home. As we return to some of our pre-covid ways, being able to access effective research-based, stress reduction techniques virtually helps us to easily incorporate it into our lives.

Some of the recommendations from the article are:

  • Live virtual mindfulness mediations

  • Online Airbnb Meditation

  • Outdoor Virtual Meditations with a Friend

  • Peloton Live

If you’re interested in scheduling a group (or solo) guided meditation, let’s connect and create a unique experience for you and the people in your life!
