Starting anything new can be challenging, especially when we have an idea in our mind of how it is “supposed” to be.

To set you up for success, I created these mini meditations to help you build a strong foundation with some essentials.

Enjoy this brief introduction with what to expect in these meditations. Each day we will highlight one of The Five Essentials in meditation.

The Five Essentials

These recordings are short to help you begin incorporating meditation into your schedule.

If you feel as though you want to go for longer, set a timer with a non-startling chime for an length of time that you can feel successful and keep meditating!

Or, you can meditate multiple times a day. Enjoy!

Meditation is great for stress management, but as you probably noticed, it also trains us in some pretty important life concepts!

Having a relationship and awareness of

  • our inner dialogue

  • where we hold stress

  • how we focus our attention and time

  • how emotions show up in our bodies

can give us valuable insight as we pursue our goals and go outside of our comfort zone.

If you’re in a state of transition, pursuing a new goal or finding more fulfillment in your present situation, meditation can be a valuable tool. It creates the space to quiet the noise and tune into yourself, your thoughts, and your emotions.

Coaching is another tool that can help you

  • Identify and re-align any negative self-talk getting in the way

  • Outline a step-by-step plan of who they need to become in order to achieve the goal they’ve set for themselves

Change takes time and consistency. I offer four an two month packages where we meet on a regular basis. Reframing your mindset, creating and implementing an action plan, and overcoming any obstacles that arise.
