The Essentials
The Essentials
Starting anything new can feel awkward, especially when you have an idea of how it’s supposed to look.
Meditation is no different.
That’s why I created these short guided practices, each just a couple of minutes, to help you start (or restart) your mindfulness practice without pressure or perfectionism.
Each recording explores one of The Five Essentials of Meditation. These are principles that help you release expectation and judgment of what the “perfect” experience is supposed to be like, so you can simply notice what’s here, your thoughts, emotions, and sensations, without needing to fix or control them.
Feel free to continue to use them as mini resets throughout the day.
(Inspired by the work of Sarah McLean)
As your awareness grows, you start to see how your mindset, performance, and wellbeing are all connected, how your thoughts influence your energy, focus, and ability to follow through.
Many people find that coaching becomes a natural next step.
It’s where we take what you notice in stillness and apply it to real life, turning reflection into action, quieting the inner critic, and creating meaningful change that supports both your growth and your wellbeing.
If you’re curious about how mindfulness and coaching can work together to help you move forward in a sustainable way, let’s connect and talk about what that might look like for you.
